Exclusive – our designs

All models are exclusively in-house developed and copyright protected.

How we work.
Figures are own designs and authentic work.  Development of a new figure begins minimum 1,5 year before introduction on the market. We start from sketches and designs. The sketches are adjusted until we have the perfect figure. Total process takes 3 to 10 weeks.

 

Exclusive – our development

After general approval of the sketches, a first model is made out of plaster.
If necessary, changes can still be done.  Making a model takes 4 to 5 weeks.
From this first plaster model an initial mould is made in order to be able to create a chocolate hand-made sample.  At this stage the plaster model can still be adjusted where necessary.  This process can go up to 6 weeks.  Again, from the new plaster model another new initial mould and chocolate sample can be made.

Exclusive – lay-out

After the approval of the plaster model, we can make a 3D design for the tools (4 to 5 days).  We adjust this model until it fits in the available framework and decoration space.  After approval of the technical drawing, the tools and moulds can be made and the production of chocolates can start.
